The staff showed kindness and provided assistance when needed. I was pleased that appropriate measures were taken to reduce surrounding noise levels. Local bus routes were easily accessible and very convenient! I had a good experience overall.
I did notice some peeling paint in certain areas. it did not impact the overall usefulness of my stay.

the room decor felt dated it needed a refresh i found the shared toilet to be quite unpleasant with a wet floor it seemed like a small investment could significantly improve the overall appearance also i missed having shampoo provided in the room that was disappointing

This place was just what I needed, located close to the NEC. Getting there by bicycle took only 20 minutes. The included microwave in the room was certainly handy. I also appreciated the self-service breakfast area.
I noticed that the bedsprings popped when I moved. It was only a minor inconvenience though.

The location suited my travel plans. It was near public transportation. The self-cooking breakfast option was convenient. There were eggs, toast, and cereal available.
I noticed food stains on a towel. The building seemed to need more soundproofing. I found the noise from outside disruptive during the night.

the price was affordable given a major convention nearby. the staff helped a lot when my partner forgot his passport. a staff member even waited outside to give it to him. the staff were friendly and understanding about vegan needs.
i noticed dirty carpets throughout and mold in the bathroom. the mattress was hard. decor felt worn and chipped throughout.
